Why this role exists
You support our Lawn Care Team Lead to deliver clean, consistent, and efficient service across a daily route, while protecting the customer experience and caring for equipment.
What you’ll do
Perform lawn maintenance services to Highridge standards (mow, edge, trim, blow, detail)
Load, operate, and care for mowers and handheld equipment safely
Maintain clean edges, crisp lines, and thorough blow-off on every stop
Protect client property (gates, irrigation heads, beds, hardscape) and prevent damage
Spot and report issues the same day (turf stress, irrigation problems, property damage, client requests)
Keep truck, trailer, and job sites clean and professional
Follow PPE and safety expectations every day
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Able to follow direction and maintain quality standards on a route
Nice-to-haves
Prior lawn care or landscape maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license that meets company driving standards
Bilingual English/Spanish
