Why this role exists
You apply fertilizer and plant health products safely and accurately, improving turf quality while protecting customers, teammates, and the environment.
What you’ll do
Apply fertilizers and plant health products per label and company standards
Calibrate and maintain application equipment for accurate rates and consistent results
Follow all PPE, safety, and compliance requirements (label compliance, storage, transport)
Identify and document turf and plant issues, communicate recommendations through the proper channel
Maintain an efficient daily route and provide professional customer interaction on-site
Keep truck, equipment, and chemicals organized, clean, and secured
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures precisely
Valid driver’s license that meets insurance and company driving standards
Ability to obtain required applicator certifications (or must already hold them, depending on your standard)
Nice-to-haves
Current applicator license/certifications
Prior turf care, spraying, or relevant landscape experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
